Being chosen to have my internship at 121Advisor had been a good experience for me. I have zero knowledge on mobile development at that time and I lacked confidence about what I could do and what I am really good at. First month when I started my internship, I was given training and getting used to mobile IDE. Being a slow learner, I was having a hard time completing my task but in here, the staff were being helpful in guiding me and helping me on how to do it properly.

The environment here is very positive and taught me how to behave in the workplace. Involvement in application development and testing has taught me more about teamwork, and how people can come together to get things done.

I am very grateful to have a chance to perform my internship in OneTwoOneAdvisor. The working environment is great and there is no distinction between intern and staff. I really enjoy my internship where their staff are very helpful and working together in a team. They also willing to help each other when solving problems.

When I was first time join this company, my knowledge about mobile apps is zero. During my internship, this given me a better understanding on programming language. Plus, I learnt how to use IDE as a platform to code, run and debug mobile application. Throughout my internship, I had learnt new things about mobile application. Lots of skills, knowledge and experiences are gained and thanks to my supervisor and colleagues for this wonderful time.

Internship is the most crucial part of a student's life before graduation and also the beginning of a career. Being chosen to have my internship programme at 121Advisor was the first step towards a bright future. I've been guided and taught by every single employee, especially my Supervisor. Here, there is no discrimination between employees and interns.

I'd been assigned to the Technical Team and faced some difficulties initially. I did not know so much happened within the industry, how the work flow was supposed to be, how to deal with other departments, how to work with a team and that I had to keep learning new things. But I managed to get through these problems by sharing and consulting with other colleagues. Today, I am able to help and share my knowledge with my team to solve problems logically.
