Key Responsibilities:

  • To analyze, design & develop, test & deploy, and maintain/support .Net Solutions, Web Portals and Mobile Apps in Financial, Insurance and Takaful industry.
  • To pilot new, innovative solution implementation projects including Mobile applications, Business Process Management (BPM), Web 2.0 portals and Social Media applications.
  • To participate in research and development of new Web and Mobile technology and functionalities.
  • To design, develop, and improvise .Net solutions, Mobile apps and Web portals using client’s preferred solution.
  • To complete related tasks & relevant projects assigned by the company according to timeline and quality expected.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree or equivalent on Web Programming or relevant.
  • Preferably 1 to 3 years (for Developer) or 4 to 5 years (for Consultant) experience in development environment with knowledge or experience on ASP.Net, PHP, HTML or Microsoft Sql Server.
  • Knowledge or experience on Flex or Action Script programming has added advantage. Interests or knowledge in Mobile application development has added advantage.
  • Knowledge or experience in Financial, Insurance and Takaful Industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Team player with positive attitude; committed to commitment and quality of deliverables; eager to research, learn and develop new solution and technology.
  • Independent, able to perform with minimum supervision, able to be client-facing, self-discipline with flexibility given (e.g. work-from-home).

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct business analysis and requirement study, to document requirement and functional specification, and to liaise with users and developers on requirement validations in new system implementation, business process improvement initiatives or system enhancement projects.
  • To prepare test plan and test scripts, to perform internal testing, to manage User Acceptance Testing and assist in test reporting in IT system implementation projects.
  • To conduct research on solution, strategy and case studies on related business areas and system functionalities.
  • To perform user and system administration.
  • To provide user and system support for production systems in accordance to service level agreement.
  • To plan, execute, manage and support social media implementation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree or equivalent on Business Information Technology, Software Engineering or Business Administration with Computing/IT.
  • Preferably 1 to 3 years (for Analyst) or 4 to 5 years (for Consultant) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with experience in end-user/customer service support and/or IT system project implementation.
  • Team player with positive attitude, committed to quality deliverables, eager to know about new technology and developments in IT and business, fun to work with.
  • Independent with high self-discipline, strong common sense and leadership capabilities; able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Added advantages: relevant working experience in Financial, Insurance and Takaful industry, knowledge/strong interest in Web 2.0 technology and popular social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

Job Specification and Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Preferably with experience from the Financial services industry (Insurance & Banking).
  • Ability to do Planning, research, Analysis.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Positive can - do attitude and result - oriented with networking skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, pleasant personality, disciplined.
  • Entrepreneurship mindset
  • At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
